If you want a great plumber at very reasonable prices this is the place and Pat is your man. I had a clogged tub that just wouldn't go down. Tried plunging myself and got black sludge from the drain and still no drainage.  Found Draineez  on yelp and trusted the reviews. Pat came out earlier than expected time (called first for ok) and was done quickly and cleanly! I asked him about some other things and got honest answers, not a snow job to line his pockets. I will be using him for any future plumbing needs. It's great to find an honest and reasonably priced plumber so let's keep him!!!! I know I will!!

We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater last year and shopped around for good plumbers.  Mac was by far the most responsive and most reasonably priced.  He was very knowledgeable and professional, showed up on time, and he even came back 6 months later and showed me how to flush out the unit.  We highly recommend Mac!

Peter came with his son to do a camera inspection - they were timely, communicative, gave us all the options and were great to deal with.  From the moment I contacted the company they responded IMMEDIATELY! and came out quickly.

Scotty is a true professional. Setting up an appointment was easy. Scotty called and confirmed two days prior to our scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly on the day of our appointment and got right to work. Scotty got the job done  in a timely manner and work he did wasn't easy. I will definitely be calling him again for any more plumbing issues I might have.

We had several plumbing problems which Nick and his assistant Mike took care of in a professional, timely and courteous manner.  Most notable:  these outstanding guys saved us about $6,000 by repairing our flood control system which according to two companies  needed to be completely replaced.  We are very grateful to Nick and Mike, and to Rocket Plumbing!

Had a clogged kitchen drain and we needed a plumber. Although we had a recommendation for another plumber, came onto Yelp and saw the rave reviews for Windy City. Jose came a few days later and was fantastic. He and his assistant were early for the appointment, completed the job in an hour and cleaned up after the work was complete. Not only was he timely, he was pleasant and courteous. He was professional and reasonably priced. You really can't ask for much more! Thanks Jose and Windy City Plumbing.

They were able to fix my burst pipe within 1 day of asking early Monday morning so the building's tenants could have water again. It was super slammed after the polar vortex but they were on top of everything at a fair price. If i have any more emergencies in the future they will be my first call.

I used Sound Plumbing to inspect the plumbing at a property I was buying. They did a thorough job, scoped the sewer with a camera and checked all the accessible pipes and insured me everything was in good shape. I would use them again.

I had to update this review after having J Sewer & Drain back for a new issue. I called about a leaky sink and within an hour and half they were here, and quickly fixed the leak. I also had 2 slow draining sinks which they were also able to fix. The work was done well, quickly, and for a fair price. I appreciate their honesty and quality work.

Our sink was clogged so we called four season's plumbing and they charged us over 400 dollars and couldn't get the sink unclogged because they didn't have the right equipment. We called Midwest Hydro Jetting and they came over and unclogged the sink very quickly. Danny was very professional and an expert in plumbing.

This company was great. Very quick to respond to my plumbing needs.  Jesse got me scheduled.  Casey showed up right on time, instructed me in what parts I needed and then once I received them he was back the following day.  I took their card to share with my building as we are always looking for reliable contractors.  Captain Rooter is now one of them.

Darrell showed up on short notice and managed to install our new pendant lights. The lights were on a 16' ceiling above a counter. He managed to install them using a 12' ladder on top of the counter, which was impressive. He was efficient as well and did a great job. Also, followed COVID protocol which we appreciated.

Showed up with a mask on and put booties on to ensure floors stayed dry (it was raining). Quickly snaked our drain and confirmed with me the issue was resolved.

They are very good and fairly priced. I have had them work on several plumbing problems and have been very satisfied. Very responsive!

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

Awesome service, called him answered right away, I had called others no answer. Explained the problem said he would be here later in the day called me back moved his schedule around to accommodate us sooner very much appreciated.  Unclogged the outside connection and showed us everything he did step by step, first time home owners so appreciate the time he took with us. I am so excited to finally have a plumber I trust in Chicago. I was having drainage issues in a bathroom: toilet flushed fine, but the other pipes in the bathroom were gurgling every time I flushed. And there was an awful sewer smell coming in. After researching on my own, it appeared there could be a major issue with the plumbing vents. I called a few places who were going to charge 300+ to come out and look at it. After calling Noel, he immediately asked: how often do you use the shower in there? I said never. He said the u pipe under the shower drain likely dried out which was why the water swishing sound was happening in the drain. He had me run the shower for 30 seconds. It was a miracle - that simple suggestion fixed it! No more smell, no more gurgling. He also took time over the phone to explain the plumbing setup to me (I like learning these things). I am happy i finally gotta guy for my future plumbing issues in Chicago as Noel was a good samaritan today and fixed a problem over the phone others were going to charge out the ass for. Thanks Noel!
